Tiramisù italian style
The tiramisu is perhaps the most sweet Italian that exists.
And 'respite from the typical biscuits of elongated shape, very crumbly and tasty.
These cookies are called Savoyards, because comes from the Savoy region.
The whole thing is topped with a mascarpone cream and eggs, powdered by a covering of bitter chocolate.

INGREDIENTS
- 200g mascarpone
- 2 eggs
- sugar 100g
- bitter chocolate powder
- Savoyards 200g
- coffee 250ml
First you need to make coffee.
Do not add sugar or your tiramisu will be too sweet.
Beat the eggs with the sugar until they become very clear.
Add the mascarpone and you get a very thick cream.
Now you can compose your sweet.
Paid before a thin layer of cream.
Then washed for 1 second the ladyfingers in the coffee and begin to fix them on the bottom.
Keep it up, with a layer of mascarpone and Savoyards, until the end.
Sprinkle with a bit of dark chocolate and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Serve cold, but not frozen.
